Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting functions such as A/R, A/P, bank payments, documentation and data input
- Assist in month-end & year-end closing
- Reconcile account balance, inter-company balance and monthly statement
- Able to handle full set of accounts independently
- Adjusted responsibilities for part-time role
- Any other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- LCC Higher / Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years working experience in handling full set of accounts
- Fluent English and Chinese
- Proficient in the applications of MS Excel and accounting software
- Knowledge in using Multiable System is an added value
- Responsible, detail minded, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Experience in retail business and/or immediate available is highly preferred
- Part-time to full-time opportunities
