Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of account, data input, A/R & A/P
• Assist in full set I/E document, L/C issue & collect, Tradelink
  
• Follow order & delivery schedule
• General office routine work and administrative support
  

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Accounting / Marketing
  
• 2 years relevant experience.
  
• Knowledge in Building Material / China Factory is an advantage
• Knowledge in Account Software
  
• Proficient in computer skill including MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
  
• Self-motivated, willing to learn & good communication skill
