Working for the SHINEWING Financial Advisory Services team,you will be able to gain exposure to a wide spectrum of industries, global assignments and a variety of businesses spanning across Hong Kong listed companies, state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, private equity funds and assets management companies.

Our knowledgeable and experienced professionals in Valuation team provide a wide range of services, including business and equity valuation as well as intangible asset valuation. Our team helps clients quantify, manage, and build value related to mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, taxation and strategic planning, litigation and disputes, bankruptcy and reorganization, and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct research for companies, industries and topics from sources such as the Internet and Capital IQ;
• Analyze financial information of companies and develop financial models using Excel;
• Appraise company or asset values using the income approach, market approach or cost approach;
• Prepare valuation reports, review memorandum and proposals;
• Assist audit teams on fair value measurements by performing review and analysis on valuation reports issued by other firms; and
• Attend client meetings and day-to-day correspondence with clients 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or in business related disciplines;
• Sound Excel knowledge and good report writing skills;
• Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills;
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua; and
• Willing to work under pressure and travel
