Job Duties

• Review and handle AR / AP / GL
• Timely delivery of monthly accounts
• Handle inter-companies transactions and reconciliations
• Manage cash flow position of group companies
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, monthly forecasts
• Maintain and enhance of working and accounting procedures 
• Liaise with external parties including lawyers, auditors, surveyors, bankers, etc.
• Perform ad hoc assignments from time to time

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting and member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience 
• Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin 
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Occasional travel to China is required
• Immediately available is an advantage
• 13 months salary 
• 5 days work
