Responsibilities :                                

• Fully responsible for setting up and managing a new factory in Myanmar                                
• Manage the whole process of project management                                 
• To Monitoring the construction progress and quality control                                
• Work on initial costing, scoping and planning of the project along with the manufacturing requirment                                 
• Liaise with contractor for on-site progress and monitor to meet the time schedule
• Liaision with Local Government                                 
• Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans
• Oversee production operations, such as Production planning, Industrial Engineering, Material control and Recruitment                                 
• Direct production activities to insure safety and compliance with quality control standards and regulatory compliance                                
• Monitoring expenditure under budgetary controls                                 

                                
Requirement :                                 

• Degree holder                                 
• 10 years relevant experience in garment manufacturing, with minimum of 5 years holding managerial position                                 
• Great communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills                                 
• Strong leadership and management competencies                                 
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and possession of problem solving ability
