We are a fast growing property developer in HK. Our current projects are located at Guangdong, Hainan, Hong Kong and Australia.To cope with our business development, we are looking for a highly calibrated candidate to join us to handle our projects in HK.

Accounting Officer

Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of books independently
• Responsible for arranging payment in high accuracy and timely manner, general ledger handling and month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare monthly and yearly individual and consolidated financial statements
• Handle daily operation duties in Accounts Payable & Receivables
• Assist in Pre IPO preparation
• To ensure all payments comply with internal control policies and procedures
• Liaise with auditors and external parties
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

 Requirements: 

• Diploma in Accounting above or equivalent
• Certificate in CPA or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Experience in K Cloud (金蝶) systems will be an added advantage
• Good analytical, coordination and communication skills, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
