Job Description

Duties:

Perform daily accounting operations including handle A/R, A/P, voucher entry, bank reconciliation & schedules, filing etc.
Assist in preparation of management reports
Assist in month end and year end closing process
Assist in ad hoc tasks
Perform general and administrative duties.

Requirements:

Diploma or certificate in Accounting or Finance is preferable
5 years or above accounting experience in trading/ manufacturing industry
Good command of both spoken and written in English and Cantonese
Familiar with computer literacy (Word and Excel) and accounting software
Self-initiated, well-organized, responsible, detail-minded and hardworking
Immediate available is preferable
