Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage whole Purchase Order related process, from PO issuing to delivery follow up
• Daily communicate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
• Responsible for achieving the delivery related target, e.g. Fill rate, backlog, leadtime reduction, and escalate to next level when necessary
• Able to influence suppliers to drive leadtime reduction and supplier performance improvement
• Follow up weekly shipment and invoice, prepare all types of reports
• Cooperate and coordinate with cross functional departments such as product team, quality, planning etc.
• Participate in related team meetings and contribute in continuous improvement program

Job Specifications

• Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in watch industries or related field
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Detailed-oriented, good organization, and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills, and able to deal with different people
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good analytical skills
• Open and continuous improvement mindset
• Flexible to travel to China when needed
• Knowledge in SAP Purchasing modules is preferable
