The Job

 

• The successful candidate will be responsible for system development, maintenance support and implementation of CRM implementation project for our clients. He/she will be involved in the following areas:

 

• Hands-on functional design and development on CRM System (Core function, workflow, and Report) and its integration with other interfaces

 

• Perform Unit test and SIT

 

• Support UAT and bug fixing

 

• Prepare Program specification (code reference)

 

• Professional Advisory in CRM System (Core function, workflow, and Report) and its integration with other interfaces

 

• Regression Test Cycle management and Rollout 

 

• Documentation

•  The Person

 

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

 

• A minimum of 3-year experience in IT profession with a minimum of 1-year experience of CRM Developer / Analyst.

 

• Practical experience of any CRM Package (Configuration, Customization)

 

• Practical experience of the following skills:
  • At least one of programming languages: Java / Javascript / php
  • SQL (Oracle / MSSQL)
  • Development / Testing Environment Setup
  • Knowledge on following area is an added advantage
  • Membership management
  • Campaign management (Marketing Operation)
  • Case Management
  • Reporting Tools
  • CTI Technology
  • Different integration method
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
  • Good analytical, inter-personal, leadership and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment

 

• Candidates with more qualification and experience would be considered as Senior Consultant, with less experience would be considered as Solution Analyst
