- All bookkeeping/accounting duties such as vouchers, ledgers, bank rec statements, AR/AP functions etc. for both Company's and Clients' levels;
- Arrange issue of debit notes;
- Preparation of financial statements; and
- Assist in admin support such as completion of tax returns, liaising with IRD and clients, working with Bankers, etc., as assigned.
Requirements
- Accounting qualifications - LCCI (Higher or Level III);
- At least Form 6 graduate with DSE passed in 'English' and 'Chinese';
- Full set of books of accounts are advantageous;
- Proficient in various accounting software i.e. Peachtree, MYOB, etc.;
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua).
