Our client is a leading full-service investment brokerage and asset management firm with nearly US$20 billion of assets under management.  It is now inviting an experienced Compliance Manager to join its Hong Kong office as AVP Regulatory Compliance Manager.

The successful candidate will provide regulatory compliance advice and support to senior management and different business units and will assist in the implementation and update of regulatory compliance manuals and policies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.  He/she will also monitor regulatory developments and address its potential impact on the business and provide solutions accordingly.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or higher in law, accounting, finance or related disciplines with more than 5 years of relevant experience with a financial services company, a Big Four accounting firm, or a regulatory authority.   He/she must have good knowledge of the codes and guidelines regulating the financial services industry in Hong Kong such as SFC/SFO and must have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
