Job Description
The main responsibilities of the role are -
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Providing general accounting and bookkeeping duties for Hong Kong Office
- Preparing wages and managing claims for expenses
- Handling commercially sensitive and valuable information
- Receiving, recording and processing of invoices
- Maintaining an electronic database of accounts payable
- Providing general clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Maintaining branch accounts ledger
- Operating bank account
- Diploma or above in Accounting
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, hard-working and ability in work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Excel
NB Post-holder must be able to travel to the UK for training and induction in August
