Responsibilities: 

Finance

• Handle full set of accounts, execute general Accounting duties e.g. preparing quotation and invoices, handling payments and payroll, preparing vouchers, data input, staff reimbursements and cash flow management etc.
  
  
• Prepares, records and processes accounting transactions and ensure that allocation to accounts is accurate.

• Support month end and year end closing and annual statutory audit
  
  
• Maintain AR and AP, credit control
  
  
• Liaise with various parties to facilitate daily accounting operations
  
  
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned
  
  
• General office administration

HR & Admin

• Responsible for general clerical work and filing
  
  
• Handle routine general office works and all administrative affairs under timeline
• 
  Other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  
  
• HKICPA/ACCA or related qualification, or finalist
  
  
• Overseas experience and knowledge in labour ordinance a strong advantage

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  
  
• Proficient with Windows and accounting applications (MYOB preferred)
  
  
• Mature, Detail-minded, responsible, pro-active, hard working and willing to learn
  
  
• Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• Less experience will be considered as Accountant / Accounts Clerk
