Our client is a sizable and reputable organisation engaged in marketing and distributing consumer goods which has business footprints in Greater China region, they are having the below vacancy:

Responsibilities:

• Report to Senior Finance Manager, lead a team of 4-6 staffs
• Focus on internal control, implement proper policies/SOP
• Support cash management and forecast and assist manager to implement and manage cash flow related activities;
• Ensure the inventory balances and costs are accurate and procedures are implemented effectively
• Support month end closing activities and support the accounts reconciliation
• Support and supervise the team handling in accounting operation activities
• Work closely with various departments to ensure the procedures in place are properly executed
• Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and programs and implement accounting and finance best practice and internal control processes
• Participate in various projects when necessary (e.g. process improvement projects/ initiatives)

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with at least 8 years of experience. Of which, at least 3 years in MNC or scalable companies environment, prefer from retail/sourcing/FMCG industries
• Have an ambition to achieve finance functional excellence and be an all-rounded finance professional
• Experience in leading a small team
• Good business acumen with experiences in retail/manufacturing/trading industries will be a plus
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff, including senior management
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Good computer literary with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems
