Job Description   

• Review receipt and petty cash vouchers
• Handle Accounts Payables activities, including T&E expense reimbursement, vendor invoices and payments
• Assist in month-end closing, prepare financial and operation reporting
• Monitor financial control with inter-company
• Prepare month-end journals and accounting schedules.
• Assist in internal control, internal audit and external audit
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirement

• Bachelor degree holder, major in accounting or finance
• Minimum 3 years of related accounting experience
• Knowledge in SAP is A MUST
• Good communication, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Sensitive to figures and with strong analytical skills 
• Independent, pro-active and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is an advantage
