Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• At least one year Accounting working experience
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Familiar in accounting software; Epicor is a definite advantage
• Provide support and assistance in carrying out clerical functions in company secretarial areas
• Assist to prepare meeting papers for board meetings, committee meetings and shareholders meetings
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards & analytical mind
• Mature with stable, self-motivated initiative and good senses of responsibility
• Willing to work overtime and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Well spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Report to Finance Manager
• Responsible for Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable accounting cycle
• Perform daily accounting operations including vouchers, cheque payments, invoice preparation, data and journal entry to Accounting System etc.
• Handle bank reconciliation and reconcile inter-company balance on month end closing
• Assist in month-end closing, management reports & quarterly reporting
• Liaise with external auditor per quarter
• Carry out ad hoc assignments as required
