Key elements of the job will involve:

• To assist the Managing Director in dealing with and following up tasks and issues with business partners
• To prepare and compile financial reports and meeting materials on own initiative
• To support and assist the business proposal development
• To stay in touch on status of current projects, report and flag critical issues that require immediate attention of the Managing Director
• To anticipate, initiate, coordinate and follow up on activities and duties associated with Managing Director’s office
• To handle accounting book keeping for the special projects
• Occasional travelling is required

Desired skills and experience:

• Degree holder with 2-4 years working experience, at least 2 years in accounting or auditing is a MUST
• Able to handle multi-task effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous, strong sense of responsibilities, well organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Energetic and presentable with good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (fluent in Putonghua is an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
