Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts independently;
• Maintain daily accounting operation such as payment transactions, journal voucher preparation, bank reconciliation, AR, AP and cash flow management;
• Prepare monthly/yearly accounting related schedules and reports;
• Assist in reconciling inter-company balances;
• Liaise with bank, auditors and other professional advisers;
• Provide all rounded HR & administration support in office supplies, inventory control, expenses, MPF administration and medical claims etc.; and
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• 3 – 4 years relevant accounting and administration experience 
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal skills, detailed-oriented and independent
