Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, credit control and review
• Assist in development of credit policy and credit control system
• Follow up customer accounts to ensure on time payment from customers
• Assist in accounts payable functions, process vendor invoices and arrange payments to vendors and staff reimbursements
• Record intercompany transactions and handle intercompany reconciliation
• Assist in inventory valuation and provision
• Assist in daily accounting operations
• Prepare various weekly and monthly reports required by management
• Assist in month end closing, yearly budgeting and forecasting
• Assist in annual audit work
• Provide administrative support
• Any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting/audit field, experience gained in MNCs would be an advantage
• Ability to handle full set of accounts independently
• Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
• Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Ability to work under tight schedules
• Mature, stable, proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented
