Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily accounting duties and proper controls – assist in stock taking
- Assist in preparing financial and project management reports
- Maintain a good filing system and handle administrative works
- Handle enquiries on payment status, reconcile monthly statements and accounts
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma holder of Accounting or related disciplines
- Proactive, flexible and willing to learn
- Good PC knowledge in MS words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
- Process good command of English and Chinese, both in written and spoken
- 2 years relevant experiences is preferred
- Candidate with less qualification or experiences may be considered as Administrative Assistant
