Reporting to Asia Pacific Treasurer in Hong Kong, this position plays a key role on forecasting and keeping the companies in Asia Pacific with adequate liquidity, bank account management, regulatory fulfillment of fund-in-out-flow within the group, FX Spot and SOX compliance.

Prime Responsibilities:

• Independently perform cash management tasks including cash flow forecast, funding request and excessive cash repatriation, IT2 treasury system operations, interaction with APAY team, bank service units, in house bank, and prepare various treasury reports for closing or other analysis requirement
• Perform inter-companies invoices settlement, manage ageing, support non-China L/C discounting and D/P settlement
• Documentation fulfillment of statutory requirement on those FX control countries such as Indonesia, Korea and Taiwan
• Maintain up to date bank account information, lead documentation process relating to opening, amendment or closure of bank accounts and act as a key contract for our relationship banks
• Support FX trading or confirmation in the region
• With guidance from experienced Treasury team members in HK or Europe, incumbent maintains relevant operations parameters in IT2 such as Categorization, MT940 importation and adhoc projects. Perform SOX compliance tasks, and provide support to Tax, Controllers, Business Finance, Legal or other function on various requests relating to Treasury

Knowledge and skills requirement for the position

• University graduate, finance discipline preferred but not a must
• 2 -4 years of work experience in Treasury, or other finance function with some previous exposure/interaction with Treasury activities
• Experience in SAP or knowledge of IT2 treasury system is an advantage
• Good to Excellent in excel and comfortable with numeric-intensive tasks
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both written and verbal
