Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform accounting related tasks and report to the Finance Department of the Group
• Handle and support daily operations and follow up on individual client's portfolio
• Maintain a good filing system of client's portfolio
• Perform operational, administrative and accounting tasks in accordance with the established internal control policies and procedures
• Prepare and/or update the internal control policies and procedures
• Assist in administrative duties and ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree with accounting or finance background is preferable
• 1-2 years' experience with Bank or Finance industry in accounting/ finance and administrative work preferred
• Mature, well-organized, detailed-oriented, analytical mind
• Work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office applications
