Job requirements:

- The Financial Controller is accountable for the financial management, risk management and internal control of the group 

- To include the development and implementation of a financial strategy, formulation of a metric/budget tied to that strategy 

- To improve upon existing financial model and the ongoing development and monitoring of internal control and risk assessment systems designed for corporate governance excellence 

- Accurate reporting on financial results and ensure the group’s financial function is being managed in full compliance of The Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ("Listing Rules") 

*Qualifications: 

- The candidate should have a University degree in accounting or business administration 

- A certified accountant with 15 years of experience post qualification and 10 years of progressively responsible experience for a major industrial/manufacturing group or division of a large corporation with operations/manufacturing facilities in the People's Republic of China 

- Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin - high level of written and oral communication skills
