Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and data analysis;
• Monitor and maintain daily accounting operation such as payment transactions, journal voucher preparation, bank reconciliation and cash flow management;
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports, consolidation and budget;
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing process;
• Maintain effective financial control and reporting system to comply with internal group policies and external statutory requirements;
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as required;
• Candidates who have less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline;
• CPA or Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years working experience in financial services industry;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in PC operation of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Able to work independently and under pressure, well organized, proactive with strong sense of responsibility;
• Mature, responsible, detailed-minded and well-organized;
• Excellent communication skills, strong analytical mind and result oriented.
