Job Description

Your Mission:
  • Provide clerical support to HR manager 
  • General secretarial administrative and office duties, Minutes
  • Provide book keeping work
  • Assist in daily accounting operations
  • To handle accounting entries of purchase invoices,  prepare payment vouchers and filing
  • Handle any ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Your Profile:
  • High diploma or above with LCCI level 1 qualification
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • With Japanese N5 Level or above is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS office, including MS Word and Excel
  • Details minded, multi-tasking, independent, Proactive, committed and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
  • Fresh graduate is also considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
