Responsibilities

• Preparation of the Group’s monthly consolidated financial statements for statutory management reporting, schedules, budget, forecast and financial analysis
• Review and analyze the accounts of the subsidiary of the Group
• Review Cheque for expenses and check the payments before sending to Management for approval
• Responsible for supervising a team of accounting staff
• Prepare daily cash flow management, treasury and credit control
• Liaise with banks, lawyers, auditors or various parties regularly on daily operational matters relating to payments, signing of documents, etc
• Assist in adhoc projects, for example, M&A projects or other corporate exercise

Requirements

• Certified public accountants or other qualified of recognized accounting association
• At least 10 years working experience in accounting, finance or audit field
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in the financial accounting
• Familiar with MS Excel, Chinese word processing and SAP is preferred
• Ability to managing multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadline
• Mature, initiative and responsible
• Immediate available is preferred
