Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical & administrative supports to supervisor (Finance / Legal Department
- Assist in the contract review audit for PRC contracts in simplified Chinese
- Conduct legal research, compile data from various resources and provide analysis
- Maintain legal database and filing system of legal documents
- Handle ad-hoc assignments
Internship Period
June – August 2018 (Full-time availability required)
Requirements:
- Undergraduate students preferably in Accounting / Finance / Legal or related discipline
- Willing to learn and perform routine tasks
- Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
