Key Responsibilities

Finance

• Handle bank reconciliations, inter-company transactions, account payables and receivables
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets and P&L on a monthly basis
• Assist in month-end closing process and handle year-end audit & various tax filings    -
• Ensure accounting procedures align with group policies and regulations
• Assist in preparing management reports

HR/Payroll 

• Monitor and handle monthly payroll processes
• Responsible for payroll calculation (salaries, leave, commission, and commission/bonus calculations)
• Ensure proper and accurate payroll calculations and MPF/CPF filing
• Assist in preparing the annual tax returns and payroll reports
• Assist in various HR ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' financial accounting experience gained from global corporations
• Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance & taxation in HK
• Candidates who have regional experience will be prioritized   
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Flexible, self-motivated and a challenge taker
• Proficient user in Excel
• Excellent command of both written and oral English
