Job Description

Job Duties:

  • communicate with suppliers and customers on handling accounts settlement
  • provide office administrative support to office daily operations
  • handle daily accounting operations 

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above / LCC I or above
  • Minimum 2 years in working experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin 
  • Independent, responsibility and trustworthy
  • Good communication skill and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate availability is preferred
