We are an independent accounting firm and business adviser in Central looking for high calibre candidate to join us as the below position for continual growth and development:-

Accountant

This role is to assist in managing a portfolio of clients that require our services. You will be involved but not limited to: 

• Perform book-keeping and handle full sets of accounts
• Prepare financial and management reporting packages and schedules on monthly, quarterly or annually basis
• Operate treasury functions and responsible for accurate and on-time payment applications
• Prepare payroll and MPF administration in compliance with the relevant regulations
• Assist in replying audit queries
• Provide tax compliance services (e.g. prepare tax return and tax computation) to clients in timely manner
• Ability to handle IRD enquiry letters on all HK tax issues including offshore claims and meet deadline
• Undertake any other ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in related disciplines and HKICPA finalist / student or equivalent
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting preferable with Corporate Service Companies/CPA Firms
• Initiative, detail-oriented, good analytical skills, high integrity and a good team player
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision and to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities and accomplish tasks under tight schedules.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Accounting system (preferable Peachtree)
• Immediate available
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Accountant.
