Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

This position reports into Managing Director and indirectly to COO.  You will be responsible to lead a small team to implement company strategies according to plan. Able to strengthen company culture and deliver talent management to achieve distinctive satisfaction from both employee and customers.  You should have a critical mind to drive continuous improvement especially evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the operational processes both internally and externally and also to advise and execute the enhancement. You should also be a product savvy with an analytical mind-set to drive growth and engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate the ability on financial management, people management, budget & internal control and supply chain management
  • Provide monthly report and action plan on timely basis
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Vendor management
  • Support, handle and provide feasible solution on customers’ complaint
  • Continuous improvement and process improvement by driving best practise in customer satisfaction experience
  • Conduct internal audit periodically
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with vendors, merchants, marketers & customers
  • Being a role model in displaying positive thinking and can do attitude
  • Handles any ad-hoc projects and tasks that assign

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

  1. Degree holder in Operations or related discipline.
  2. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese, preferably Mandarin as well).
  3. Able to work cross-cultural and cross-functionally and manage various stakeholders
  4. Fast learner, attention to details, prioritize work
  5. Organized, self-driven with client facing experience and customer service mind-set
  6. People management with high business acumen
  7. High level of communication, interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with people at all levels
  8. Well skilled in computer applications and proficient in MS and Chinese Word Processing.
