Job Description

Job Duties:
- Handle full spectrum of office administrative duties for a sizable organization, leading a small team of receptionists and tea ladies.
- Materials ordering, expenses, preparing announcements, as well as coordinating the cleaning & securities issues
- Liaise with external vendors on services related matters
- Prepare periodic reports & ad hoc projects
- Back up receptionist occasionally when need arise
Requirement:
- Degree/ Diploma holder of Business Administration or related discipline
- 5 years of office administrative experiences. Those with less experience will be considered as Admin Assistant
- Detail-minded, flexible and a mature team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English & Chinese
