Project Officer (Ref. 18071008)
[Appointment period: six months initially, with possibility of further appointment]

Duties

The appointee will be required to:

(a) provide administrative support to the Department;
 
(b) coordinate and organise marketing activities and campaigns, such as Education Info Day;

(c) liaise with Faculty Offices / Schools, academic departments, other central administrative units and external organisations;

(d) perform general office administrative work;

(e) supervise junior staff; and

(f) perform any other duties as assigned by the Academic Secretary or his delegates.

Qualifications
 
Applicants should have:

(a) a recognised degree;

(b) at least five years of post-qualification work experience;

(c) proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office software and Chinese word processing;

(d) good teamwork and interpersonal skills; and

(e) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese.

Preference will be given to those with relevant work experience.

Remuneration
