Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the daily operations of the team
• Handle and organize packing and logistics for mailings and seeding
• Data-entry, checking and compiling clipping reports as well as updating spreadsheets with high level of accuracy
• Assist in clients’ sample inventory maintenance
• Research and compile information on competitive brands activities through online and social media platforms
• Assist in brain storming, preparation and execution of campaigns and events
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Responsible, efficient, attention to details and well-organized
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Enjoy challenges and willingness to go above and beyond call of duty
• Polite, pleasant with good communication skills of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing; experience in using photo/video editing tools, web analytics and/or similar reporting tools is a plus
