Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily sales performance by doing forecasting and planning
- Familiar with product knowledge and fashion trends to maximize sales target and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain close relationship with VIP/VVIP
- Motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve sales target
- Complete daily and monthly analysis on business trends and needs
- Implementation regarding to sales policies, procedures and customer services guideline
- Re-view and re-design operational strategy for continuous improvement
- Responsible for inventory management, stock control
Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years of luxury retail background
- Positive and humble attitude
- Presentable and passionate for Watches OR Fashion
