Job duties:

* Responsible for orders follow up from samples development to bulk order delivery

* Handle purchasing duties including enquiry, process PO, delivery planning, inventory control

* Close liaison with the internal and external customers and intensive follow up with contractors and suppliers to ensure completion of sales and service orders

* Monitor critical path to ensure on time delivery

* Coordinate the daily operations and provide administrative support to Sales and Project team

Requirements:

* Form 5 or above, higher diploma is preferred

* At least 3 years related working experience

* Stable, detail-minded, patient, mature

* Good command of English and Mandarin

* Proficiency in Ms Word and Excel

* Immediate available
