Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources functions including compensation and benefits, payroll, talent acquisition and learning and development
- Maintain personnel records, leave management and benefits administrations
- Provide general support and participate in various HR initiatives
- To assist all office administrative duties in renovation, maintenance and logistics supply
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related disciplines
- 1 years' relevant experience gained from sizable companies
- Good numeric sense and detailed-mind, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good knowledge in Employment Ordinances and MPF Schemes Ordinance
- Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficiency in PC operations, including Chinese Word Processing; MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Candidate with less experience would be considered for Human Resources Assistant
