Job Description

 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provision of IT services and end user support, including desktop / laptop/ notebook, printers, network connections, servers, communication devices, Operating System and BackOffice Applications
  • Coordinate and manage the IT audit control
  • Housekeeping of IT inventory, server room maintenance and operations
  • Support the end to end IT procurement process and related clerical work
  • General office administration
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

-        Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

-        Proficiency in MS Office (including Chinese word processing)

-        1-year work experience in clerical and administrative work experience (preferably gained in IT field)

-        Good interpersonal skills and capability to work with all levels of people

-        Attention to detail and solid organization skills, including multitasking and time management

-        Attention to details

-        Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage).
