Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle sourcing, price negotiation, payment terms, PO, Shipping Documents, order follow up as well as payment arrangement , etc;
- Provide administration support to the Sales & Marketing Department
- Handle procurement related activities including sourcing POPs, premium gifts, and follow up order delivery
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales or trading, purchasing office, retail industry;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidate with experience in usage of system (e.g. SAP) is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong sense of responsibility and strong communications
- Ability to work under deadlines and work independent
- Willingness to learn various productivity software
- Immediate availability is preferable
