Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sourcing, price negotiation, payment terms, PO, Shipping Documents, order follow up as well as payment arrangement , etc;
  • Provide administration support to the Sales & Marketing Department
  • Handle procurement related activities including sourcing POPs, premium gifts, and follow up order delivery
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales or trading, purchasing office, retail industry;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with experience in usage of system (e.g. SAP) is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of responsibility and strong communications
  • Ability to work under deadlines and work independent
  • Willingness to learn various productivity software
  • Immediate availability is preferable
