The client has been one of the leaders in the face recognition solution industry. They deployed latest face recognition solution to government, public companies and well-corporations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, and several countries. They are now forecasting a robust business growth on AI, deep learning, big data solution in the coming year. 

Candidates will have chance to develop on face recognition product/cloud analytics platform/VR project according to their skill set.

Responsibilities 

• Mainly support sales activities, such as preparing documents, sales contracts and product training materials etc. 
• Understand clients’ requirements and take followup actions 
• Provide assistance to help clients resolve issues encountered
• Assist in maintaining long term relationships with existing clients
• Assist in project administration if required
• Work on ad hoc tasks if assigned 

 Requirements 

• Degree or above in Marketing, Business, Information System, Computer Science or related discipline 
• 1-2 years of related experience in IT industry is preferred 
• Passionate in IT product/ latest technology is an advantage
• Hard working, self-motivated and a team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good Command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
