Job Description
Professional consulting services company with small office in North Point (close to MTR) – we are looking for a HALF-DAY ADMIN ASST (AM/PM – 2 posts) – with details as follows :

University graduates

Over 1 year working experience in office environment

Interest in administrative and clerical support

PC proficiency in Word and Excel

Fast and accurate data entry

Reliable and responsible

Responsible for data entry and other clerical support

Handle phone calls, filing and typing

Provide customer service by phone and by email

Support office administrative duties

Half day work (morning or afternoon – 2 posts)

5 days work (Mon to Fri)

No overtime work needed

Office location : North Point
