The Job

• Responsible for outdoor works such as document delivery and picking up
• Support postage and mailing service
• Office equipment checking
• Newspaper / letter distribution and data research
• Light clerical support
• Miscellaneous: general office works such as data input, conference room’s set up and office tidy up etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

The Requirements

• Secondary school graduate
• At least 4-5 years' relevant working experience
• Fair spoken English
• Responsible, independent and a good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
