Customer Service & Operation Assistant / Officer

~  F6 or above, with at least two years of customer service, administration working experiences
~  Team player with good communication skills and customer services
~  Native in Cantonese, good command in verbal and written English. Mandarin is a plus
~  Immediate available is preferable

Responsibilities:
~  Handle medical claims, billing and reimbursement processing
~  Prepare relevant invoices, statements and reports on time
~  Handle service enquiries and/or complaints from customers and clinics
~  Participate in any other medical operations and administrative duties as assigned

Customer Service & Operation Assistant / Clerk

~  At least 2 years’ working experience in sales and marketing, customer service, office admin or related discipline.
~  Knowledge in medical network, healthcare or insurance will be an advantage
~  Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skill
~  Fluent in Cantonese, good command of verbal and written English; Mandarin/Putonghua will be a plus.
~  Good computer skills

Key Responsibilities:
~  Handle hotline, customers’ calls, emails and faxes for medical service enquiries and complaints in professional, timely and effective manner.
~  Perform data entry in systems and maintain service records and logs
~  Follow up and co-ordinate with network clinics, internal departments and external customers for various matters
~  Provide other administrative support as assigned.
