Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources and Office Administration functions which include but not limited to recruitment, payroll & MPF administration, taxation, staff leave record and attendance updates, compensation & benefits, insurance, office administration;
• Review, improve and amend HR policies and procedures;
• Assist in other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• 1-2 years working experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in Education industry is preferential;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances;
• Strong in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Working as shifts is required.
