Responsibilities:

• To ensure understand the need to deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service to all parties at all times
• To maintain standards relating of cleanliness and ongoing maintenance for the office and The Talent Place are adhered to at all times
• To take every opportunity to exceed the internal customers expectations by being proactive and handling and resolving general administration queries and issues efficiently and courteously
• To greet all visitors, ensuring they are well received and treated with courtesy
• To be responsible for the main telephone switchboard 
• To handle all incoming calls and direct to appropriate people, take accurate messages and ensure follow up in a timely manner
• To be responsible for the booking of conference rooms and maintain the conference facilities
• To maintain record and reorder of general office supplies 
• To handle invoice accurately

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with at least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in service industry
• Excellent in interpersonal skills, sociable and love to communicate with people
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and Putonghua preferable
• Proficiency in PC applications, such as MS office
• Pleasant, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Immediately available preferred
