Ascent Prep is looking for suitable candidates to fill up the vacancies for administrator (Candidate with less experience will be considered as administrator assistant). We welcome applications with the following requirements to join our team: 

Job responsibilities: 

• Handle daily customer enquiries and promote course offerings
• Manage administrative works include but are not limited to ensuring the condition of reception and student resource area are at standard at all times
• Logistics support to appointments and programmes, data entry
• Assist in administrative duties and ad hoc jobs
• Work and collaborate with teaching team to monitor student's development/potential, and communicate with parent/guardian                                    

Requirements: 

• Diploma or degree holder in related field
• Recent graduates are welcome
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant working experience is preferable (experiences with customer services and sales is a plus)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office, Apple iWork, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Friendly, independent, responsible and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
