This is an opportunity with a global law firm. Currently, they are seeking an IT Trainer to help educate their staff on new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal classroom training for medium sized groups during various days.
• Conduct remote training sessions with location offices
• Develop training materials with the Global training team including course outlines, user guides and etc.
• Particulate in software and hardware rollouts/ upgrades including planning, testing, scheduling, pilot testing, solicitation of user feedback and compilation of same training , support, monitoring and others when required

Requirements

• At least 2 year of working experiences in a training role.
• Proven knowledge in Microsoft Office and Document Management Systems
• Good Presentation and communication skills
• Willing to occasional travel
