Job Description

A unique and once-in-a-lifetime role currently exists in our company for the role of Personal Assistant to support our Chairman and Founder, who is an avid philanthropist, esteemed female entrepreneur, architect, global social advocate, lifestyle and art innovator, author and producer, as well as TV documentary host.

The role :

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman and Founder in relations to daily business and personal agendas
  • Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally under a  tight schedule
  • Assist with charity works and deal with NGOs
  • Coordinate events and meetings with internal and external parties
  • Handle all travel arrangements
  • Assist with special ad hoc projects when required

What we are looking for :

  • A passion to try new ideas, responsibilities, and think out of the box
  • Degree holder
  • At least 3 years working experience in a similar role with a leading international firm
  • Strong public relations experiences is an advantage
  • Experienced on charity projects and NGO networks
  • High integrity and confidentiality and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) oral and written skills
  • Flexible with positive mindset and willingness to work out of normal office hours
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and track projects and follow through to completion stage
  • Overseas exposure is an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
