About Us

Benham & Reeves Residential Lettings, is London's largest estate agent exclusively focusing on the rental of London property. We are looking to expand our locally based office in Hong Kong. As part of the team you will assist with increasing our client base by offering our services to landlords that live in Asia, but own residential rental property in London. 

We provide our clients with a full 360 service including property handover services, landlord furnishing solutions, tenant sourcing and professional property management, as well as assistance with tax advice and annual returns. Our team is proactive, responsible, enthusiastic and understands the importance of accountability when looking after our clients.

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative and sales support to our managers, in the Hong Kong office.
  • Follow up on a daily basis with our London offices to keep on top of deadlines, as well as follow through to monitor progress.
  • Handle incoming calls with excellent customer service skills.
  • Be detail minded and work pragmatically maintaining data entry to update progress records.
  • Provide clerical support including petty cash & invoice records, mail delivery to post office and handle other ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Arrange seminar events throughout the year and assist with advertising and sales & marketing materials.

Requirements

  • At least a Higher Diploma or degree holder
  • Previous experience working in either a proeprty is an advantage
  • Proactive, well - organized, self motived, good presentation, excellent customer service, positive attitude, team player and attention to details and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, friendly personality
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Spoken Mandarin is also a benefit. Able to handle business correspondences both in English and Chinese independently
  • Motived to learn about London property market.
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook 
  • Good time management, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast pace working environment.

We offer a 5 day work week, with basic salary and MPF. Paid annual leave. Occasionally, you will be required to work a few days on the weekends.

For the right candidate, there is room for further development and promotion into a commission-focused roll.
