Our client, a e-commerce platform focused on travel and entertainment, is looking for a in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing and headhunting, screening, interviewing to closing for Hong Kong and China offices
• Communicate with line managers, understand company culture and business objectives to facilitate recruitment activities
• Contribute in talent evaluation, track and report hiring metrics
• Represent and promote company at industry events
• Stay updated on market and industry situation and trend

Requirements

• Degree or above qualifications obtained from overseas universities
• Minimum 3-year experience in in-house talent acquisition, preferably obtained from travel, Internet or F&B industry
• Experienced in local and international recruitment 
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Strong ability to work independently
• Knowledge in employment laws and regulations
